- Enquiry & quote details — when you use our Request a Quote or Request Pricing forms, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company (optional), the commodity, quantity, destination market, and any message you provide.
- Analytics data — if you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) to understand and improve the site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation or pricing.
- To contact you about your request and our commodities.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
